CareForce, Inc. was incorporated in 1998 in Lynnwood, Washington by Diedrich Meinken and Susan "Sam" Miller. Initially licensed as a Registered Nursing Pool, the company’s first placements were made in residential care facilities in March 1999. CareForce obtained its license as a Home Care Agency in January 2000 and began placing home health aides in private homes that month.

By the end of 2009, CareForce had provided caregivers to well over 1,500 private duty home care clients, 100 residential or long term care facilities, and work with patients discharged form every major hospital in King and Snohomish Counties. Most importantly, over 98% of our clients report through customer surveys that they would use CareForce again if needed, and would recommend CareForce to their families, friends and colleagues.
