Skilled home health care comes in two forms: intermittent care provided through Medicare and private pay skilled care. CareForce provides private pay skilled nursing care. By the visit or hourly shifts, CareForce RN’s can deliver care that is required by a licensed nurse. Some of that care can be safely delegated to a qualified home health aide, but when you need RN or LPN care, CareForce can provide you with the care prescribed by your physician or ANRP that you need: Intravenous therapy, injections, wound care, peritoneal dialysis, pain management.
Nursing Visit – IV Therapy : RN or LPN comes to your home to provide skilled nursing procedures.
Nursing Visit – Wound Care Management : RN or LPN comes to your home to provide skilled nursing procedures.
Hourly Nursing Care: Minimum of 4 hours for any one shift. RN or LPN comes to your home to provide skilled nursing procedures. CareForce cannot promise LPN only on nursing cases. CareForce does not guarantee filling hourly nursing care shifts.
Hourly care is provided when only a licensed nurse will do for your care. If you have IV pain management, peritoneal dialysis, or complex care needs, then CareForce can help you with nursing care in your home.
