Hourly Care

One of our most popular services, your licensed home care aide comes to your home and helps you for several hours in a row.  This can be 4, 5, up to 12 hours in a row.  It is priced by the hour and the minimum is 4 hours.

  • Personal care including dressing, toileting, bathing, incontinence care
  • Meal planning, preparation, and serving
  • Light housekeeping and laundry
  • Medication assist and remind
  • If required nurse delegation tasks such as eye drops, tube feeding

The following are examples of how care might be ordered at CareForce:

Homemaker Service – 4 hours : Household assistance with light housekeeping, meals, errands, laundry, and companionship. This is the mi—’H˜minimum time for hourly care.

Couples Homemaker Service – 4 hours : Household assistance with light housekeeping, meals, errands, laundry, and companionship for two individuals residing in the same home.

Daytime Personal Care – 4 hours : Qualified home health aide provides all aspects of care for 4 hours during the day.

Daytime Couples Care – 4 hours :  Qualified home health aide provides all aspects of care for 4 hours during the day.

Daytime Personal Care Service – 6 hours : Qualified home health aide provides all aspects of care for 6 hours during the day.

Daytime Personal Care Service – 8 hours : Qualified home health aide provides all aspects of care for 8 hours during the day.

Daytime Personal Care Service – 12 hours : Qualified home health aide provides all aspects of care for 12 hours during the day.

Couples Daytime Personal Care Service – 12 hours : Qualified home health aide provides all aspects of needed care for 12 hours during the day for two adults living in the same home.

Nurse Delegated Daytime Personal Care Service – 12 hours : Qualified home health aide provides all aspects of care for 12 hours during the day including nurse delegated services.

9 hour “Back to Work” service : Qualified home health aide cares for your loved one while you go back to work.

Nighttime Personal Care Service – 12 hours : A qualified home health aide provides all personal care needs throughout the night.  The caregiver is awake all night, observing and attending to your care.

Nighttime Personal Care Service – 10 hours : A qualified home health aide provides all personal care needs throughout the night.  The caregiver is awake all night, observing and attending to your care.

Nighttime Personal Care Service – 8 hours : A qualified home health aide provides all personal care needs throughout the night.  The caregiver is awake all night, observing and attending to your care.

Extra Personal Care Hours Added to any shift: Just add an additional hour/ half hour(Minimum is 4 hours).  This allows you to customize your shift length.

Comfort Care Daytime Personal Care Service – 6 hours : A qualified home health aide can provide all the comfort care needed whether you are receiving palliative care or are enrolled in a Medicare hospice program.  CareForce is not a certified hospice agency but often provides care in addition to your hospice services.

Comfort Care Daytime Personal Care Service – 8 hours : A qualified home health aide can provide all the comfort care needed . Provides all aspects of care for 8 hours during the day.

Comfort Care Daytime Personal Care Service – 10 hours : Qualified home health aide can provide all the comfort care needed whether you are receiving palliative care or a medicare end-of-life program.  Provides all aspects of care for 10 hours during the day.

Comfort Care Daytime Personal Care Service – 12 hours : Your CareForce Qualified home health aide can provide all the comfort care needed.  Provides all aspects of care for 12 hours during the day.

Comfort Care Nighttime Personal Care Service – 12 hours : You need sleep.  A qualified home health aide can provide all the comfort care needed at end-of-life for 12 hours during the night. A trained and experienced aide will be awake and attentive to your loved one’s every need.

Comfort Care Nighttime Personal Care Service – 10 hours : You need sleep. A qualified home health aide can provide all the comfort care needed for 10 hours during the night. A trained and experienced aide will be awake and attentive to your loved one’s every need.

Comfort Care Nighttime Personal Care Service – 8 hours : You need sleep.  A qualified home health aide can provide all the comfort care needed for 8 hours during the night. A trained and experienced aide will be awake and attentive to your loved one’s every need.

Memory Impairment Safety Service- Daytime – 8 hours : While you are working or away from home, a home care aide will provide safety companionship, cueing to help them do their daytime activities. Dressing, toileting, bathing, cooking, eating, companionship, activities, errands, and medication remind or assist. CareForce licensed caregivers are experienced and trained to work lovingly and effectively with persons with memory impairment or dementia.  Your shift can be 4-12 hours in length.

Care Calls : Experienced home care specialist calls you or your loved one to “chat” about your day, your medications, and any issue that is relevant to your situation.  You or your loved one meets with our clinical staff to develop a “script” for the care call to address important health and safety needs.  If a concern is noted during a care call, this will activate a call to clinical staff and family.
