Careforce rolls out new Caregiver Benefit Package in 2021
This past fall our team spent time reflecting on what we all felt was an incredibly challenging, yet exciting year for Careforce. We were growing quickly, but understood that the context of our growth was overshadowed by the incredible tragedy that is COVID-19, and its horrible impact on our community. As we closed out the year, we asked ourselves what we could do to improve our community, and better support our front line workers — our Care Team.
Leaning on direct feedback from our caregiving team, we settled on an overhaul of our benefits package that now includes PTO, 401k, Vision & Dental, and Tuition Reimbursement. We are incredibly proud to offer a robust suite of industry leading benefits to our caregivers and nurses, without further ado:
Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
We offer access to Health, Dental and Vision insurance to qualified employees. We cover 75% of employee premiums to help ensure that those who are taking care of others can take care of themselves too!
401k Retirement Saving Plan
Saving for retirement can be hard, but we make it easy with an optional automatic transfer to a 401k for qualified employees.
Holiday Pay for 8 Company Holidays
We observe 8 holidays a year and while our work never stops, we know the importance of compensating Caregivers extra for time worked on these days.
Making extra money is as simple as working! We have a variety of bonuses that Caregivers can access by simply working full time hours, referring a friend to work for us, or getting great customer feedback!
Free Continuing Education
We give our Caregivers access to a portal of online classes that can be used towards fulfilling the annual state requirement of their licenses or just to freshen up on skills they have already learned.
Semiannually, qualified employees can apply for reimbursement towards the cost of HCAC or CNA coursework up to $300 every 6-months.
Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit
We provide our caregivers with access to their pay quicker and easier with weekly paychecks deposited directly into their banks.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
We all need time to rest and recharge! All caregivers are eligible to accrue PTO to be used as they need to help achieve work/life balance.
Financial Wellness Program (FinFit)
Financial planning can be confusing and knowing where to turn can be a welcomed help! We have partnered with a company FinFit to provide caregivers access to financial planning resources, coupons, discounts and other tools to make financial planning not so confusing.
